Trainee Sales Negotiator Location: South West London
Salary: £ basic salary
OTE: £40,000 - £50,000 in year one
Package: £2,500 travel allowance, pool car, commission and guarantee

A fantastic opportunity has become available for a motivated Trainee Sales Negotiator to join a well-established and highly regarded estate agency business in South West London.

This role would suit someone who is looking to build a long-term career in residential property sales. Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial, however candidates from a strong sales, customer service, hospitality or target-driven background will also be considered.

You will be joining a busy and supportive office environment, where you will receive training, exposure to a fast-moving property market and the opportunity to build your earnings as you develop.

Package £18,000 basic salary
£2,500 travel allowance
10% - 25% commission structure
Pool car provided
Guaranteed earnings equivalent to at least £30,000 per annum for the first 4 months
OTE of £40,000 - £50,000 in year one
1 in 3 Saturdays

Key Responsibilities Registering and qualifying applicants
Booking and conducting property viewings
Building relationships with buyers and vendors
Following up enquiries and maintaining regular contact with applicants
Negotiating offers and supporting deals through to completion
Updating the CRM system accurately
Supporting the wider sales team with market activity and client care
Working towards individual and team targets
Delivering a high standard of customer service throughout the process

The Ideal Candidate Motivated, confident and keen to build a career in estate agency
Previous sales, customer service, hospitality or estate agency experience would be beneficial
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, organised and proactive
Target-driven and motivated by commission
Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
Good knowledge of South West London would be advantageous
Full UK driving licence preferred
