Are you an HR professional with a background in engineering, manufacturing, or technical environments, looking for a dynamic role that combines HR leadership with Health & Safety and compliance responsibilities?

Working closely with senior management, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle, employee wellbeing initiatives, Health & Safety management, compliance activities, and wider business administration functions.


This role suits an HR Manager, HR & Compliance Manager, or Senior HR Advisor looking for a varied position with autonomy and the opportunity to influence business-wide processes and continuous improvements.


The Role
*Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
*Oversee Health & Safety, compliance activities, and business administration functions across the organisation.
*Develop a positive, high-performing workplace culture within a growing manufacturing business.
*Work with senior management to drive operational excellence & continuous improvement.


The Person
*Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR & Compliance Manager, Senior HR Advisor, or similar position
*Experience within engineering, manufacturing, technical, or similarly regulated environments.
*Looking for a varied role that combines HR leadership with Health & Safety and compliance responsibilities.
*Strong knowledge of HR best practice, employee relations, and compliance processes.
