People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver to join our well-established client based in Daventry.
This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent weekday work, competitive rates of pay, and ongoing assignments with a leading logistics operation.
This role will suit candidates who have worked as an LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver or Lorry Driver.
Shift Pattern:
*Tuesday – Friday
*06:00 start time
*10–12 hour shifts
Pay Rate:
*£15.55 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
Your duties as an HGV Class 2 Driver will be:
*Delivering flooring products to customers
*Carrying out multi-drop deliveries
*Loading and unloading goods where required
*Completing delivery paperwork and vehicle checks
*Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
*Providing excellent customer service at delivery locations
Essential Skills:
The skills required to be an HGV Class 2 Driver are:
*Valid UK Class 2 (Category C) licence
*Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*Previous multi-drop experience preferred
*Good communication and customer service skills
*Reliable and punctual
Desirable Experience:
*Previous experience delivering flooring, construction materials, or palletised goods
Training:
*Industry related training provided and ongoing support throughout
