We’re recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator to join a highly regarded lettings business in the prestigious Kensington area. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional to join a successful team, build their earnings, and develop a long-term career within a thriving agency.
Working in one of London’s most sought-after property markets, you’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while helping landlords and tenants achieve successful outcomes.
The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you will:
*Arrange and conduct property viewings
*Match prospective tenants with suitable rental properties
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Provide support and guidance throughout the lettings process
*Negotiate tenancy agreements and rental terms
*Generate and follow up on applicant enquiries
*Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the customer journey
*Contribute to the overall success and growth of the branch
Lettings Negotiator Requirements
*Minimum of 18 months’ experience within residential lettings
*Full UK driving licence
*Passion for the property industry
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Professional and customer-focused approach
*Motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
*Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced environment

*£28,000 - £32,000 basic salary
*£40,000 - £60,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE)
