The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with SEN and SEMH needs
*Create a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment
*Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils to support both academic and emotional development
*Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families
*Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulation strategies
*Adapt teaching approaches to meet a wide range of learning needs

We place a strong emphasis on relationship-building, emotional development, and personalised learning, helping young people re-engage with education and reach their full potential.
About YouWe are looking for someone who:
*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Has experience working with SEN and/or SEMH pupils (preferred but not essential)
*Is resilient, compassionate, and patient
*Has strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*Is passionate about making a meaningful difference in children’s lives
*Can deliver across a broad curriculum (primary or secondary depending on role)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
