Hays is exciting to be partnering with a valued client to recruit a pragmatic HR generalist on a 12-month fixed-term contract or interim basis (inside IR35), working 3 or 4 days per week, based near Norwich.
This is a hands-on, varied role with a strong focus on employment law, employee relations and organisational change, offering the opportunity to shape and deliver key people initiatives. You will manage varied ER cases, support change programmes and organisational development activities and deliver HR projects.
You’ll bring a strong generalist HR background with proven ER expertise, alongside experience of delivering change. You’ll be resilient, commercially aware and solutions-focused, with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
A self-motivated and proactive team player, you will be confident working independently, driving continuous improvement, and bringing the curiosity and courage to challenge the status quo while continually learning and developing.
