We’re recruiting for a Primary PRU in Ferryhill looking for a tough, resilient SEN Learning Support Assistant. This is a setting where relationships come first and every small win matters.
Some days you’ll be helping pupils regulate emotions. Other days you’ll be supporting learning or managing challenging behaviour. No two days are the same, which is exactly why the right person will love it.
We’re looking for someone who:
• Can set clear boundaries
• Builds trust quickly
• Doesn’t take behaviour personally
• Has a good sense of humour
• Can roll up their sleeves and get involved

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
