Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading successful teams in a fast-paced environment?
Our client, a growing product-based e-commerce business, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their customer service function.
The Role
*Lead, motivate and manage a customer service team
*Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and performance
*Handle escalated customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution
*Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance service levels
*Work closely with internal departments to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
*Drive a customer-first culture across the business
About You
*Previous experience managing and developing customer service teams is essential
*Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role
*E-commerce or e-commerce-related experience is highly desirable
*Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
*Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
*Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the location
