Description
*Chasing payments via phone and email.
*Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure prompt and accurate payment collection.
*Communicate with clients and stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and queries effectively.
*Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for the accounting team.
*Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
*Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and reporting.
*Assist in the preparation of invoices and follow up on overdue payments.
*Support the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
*Previous experience in an accounting or finance-related role.
*Proficiency in financial software and systems, with the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
*Strong numerical and analytical skills.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients effectively.
*A proactive and organised approach to managing workload and meeting deadlines.
Job Offer
*Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 to £18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
