The RoleAs a Structural CAD Technician, you will be responsible for producing accurate structural drawings and technical detailing for projects across the residential, commercial, industrial, education, and healthcare sectors.
Key responsibilities include:
*Preparing structural drawings using AutoCAD.
*Producing general arrangement, reinforcement, and steelwork detailing drawings.
*Working closely with structural engineers and project teams throughout the design process.
*Assisting with drawing revisions and project coordination.
*Ensuring drawings are produced to company and industry standards.
The CandidateThe successful Structural CAD Technician will possess:
*Previous experience within a structural engineering consultancy.
*Strong AutoCAD skills and a good understanding of structural detailing.
*Knowledge of steel, reinforced concrete, timber, and masonry construction.
