The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Key responsibilities include:
*Creating engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
*Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
*Supporting children’s individual learning journeys and celebrating their achievements
*Building positive relationships with parents and carers
*Completing observations, assessments, and developmental records
*Promoting children’s wellbeing, safeguarding, and emotional development
*Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality childcare and education
*Maintaining excellent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the nursery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
*A Level 3 Early Years Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
*Previous experience within an Ofsted-registered nursery setting
*Strong knowledge of the EYFS Framework and child development
*A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
*A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
*Paediatric First Aid qualification
*Safeguarding training
*Experience supporting children with additional needs
*Food Hygiene certification
