Pay: £93 – £115 per day
About the RoleWe are recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants to support secondary school students across a variety of subjects. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates who are passionate about education and want to build experience before teacher training or a career in schools.
You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to support learning, engagement, and positive behaviour in the classroom.
Key Responsibilities Support students in class (1:1, small groups, and whole class support)
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
Help manage classroom behaviour and promote positive learning environments
Provide targeted intervention support for students who need extra help
Support pupils with additional learning needs (SEN where required)
Encourage confidence, motivation, and participation
What We’re Looking For Degree-level qualification (any subject)
Essential: Experience working with children or young people (youth work, sports coaching, support work, mentoring, etc.)
Strong behaviour management skills
Calm, confident, and resilient personality
Passion for education and helping young people succeed
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
