Sales Negotiator
Location:Based in Chertsey covering Weybridge / West Byfleet Area
Must reside within KT12-KT16 postcode area
Salary: Basic £25,000 + OTE £45,000+
Benefits: Mileage allowance, commission (8-10%), additional bonus schemes
Hours: Monday to Saturdays - 5 days PW to include every Saturday

Overview

Our client, a highly regarded and forward-thinking independent estate agency, is looking to appoint a Sales Negotiator to join their residential sales division. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while handling a well-established portfolio of over 50 available properties offering excellent earning potential and the chance to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

With no internal competition and a full stock list at your fingertips, this role suits a highly motivated, experienced sales professional ready to make their mark and significantly boost their commission earnings

Key Responsibilities
*Proactively manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular contact with potential purchasers
*Conduct virtual and in-person property viewings
*Qualify applicants and build strong relationships with clients and buyers
*Negotiate offers and sales through to successful completion
*Maintain high standards of client care and adhere to compliance requirements
*Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes
*Track market trends and maintain a strong understanding of local property values
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
*Proven experience in estate agency sales or a strong customer-focused sales background
*Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
*A positive, ambitious, and self-motivated approach
*Local area knowledge of Weybridge, West Byfleet, and surrounding KT12-KT16 postcodes
*A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently
