About the Role
Signature Recruitment is partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit a Customer Services Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Customer Services Coordinator, you will act as the key point of contact for customers, ensuring queries are handled efficiently and professionally while maintaining high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
*Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling calls and queries accurately
*Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating next steps and outcomes
*Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems consistently
*Coordinate relevant personnel
*Monitor progress of works and customer satisfaction through to completion
*Support the Customer Services Manager with daily operations and administrative tasks
*Take ownership of queries, resolving routine issues and escalating complex cases
What We’re Looking For
*Strong customer service experience, ideally handling queries and coordinating solutions
*Excellent communication skills with a calm and empathetic approach
*Highly organised with the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
*Confident problem solver with attention to detail
*Comfortable working both independently and within a team
*Resilient, adaptable, and able to work under pressure
*IT-literate, with experience using customer systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable)
Location & Working Hours
Based in North Bristol, with on-site parking available and public transport links nearby. This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week), typically 8:30am–5:00pm or 9:00am–5:30pm. Hybrid working is available after probation, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
