Description
*Lead the preparation and review of corporate tax returns and other compliance activities.
*Provide tax advice on international transactions and cross-border activities.
*Oversee the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and ensure adherence to regulations.
*Develop and implement tax strategies to optimise the organisation’s global tax position.
*Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external advisors on tax planning initiatives.
*Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the organisation.
*Support audits and manage relationships with tax authorities as required.
*Provide training and guidance to team members on tax-related matters.
Profile
A successful International Tax Manager should have:
*A professional qualification in tax or accounting, such as ACA, ACCA, or CTA.
*Strong technical knowledge of international tax and transfer pricing regulations.
*Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex tax issues.
*Experience in the industrial or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
