So, what will you be doing?*Maintaining and updating customer sales records within the CRM system
*Following up on outstanding quotes and supporting timely responses to enquiries
*Processing customer orders and assisting with sales administration tasks
*Managing inbound customer queries via phone, email, and chat
*Providing a high level of customer service and resolving issues efficiently
*Working closely with the sales team to ensure data accuracy and consistency
*Keeping tasks organised with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
