Full job descriptionPRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR (OFFSHORE), LONDON, COMPETITIVE SALARY, 3-5 PQE. Join a leading Offshore Private Client team, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers for its excellence and proud to hold STEP Employer Platinum Partner status. JOB REF: 4321

•The appointed Solicitor will provide expert advice to international private clients on English and Welsh legal and UK taxation. The role involves advising on UK relocation, international wealth and asset structuring, trust and estate planning, succession matters, cross border Wills, and transactions involving UK based assets.

•Key responsibilities include preparing Wills, trusts and related estate planning documentation, coordinating with advisers and professionals across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with private client and disputes teams on complex matters, managing and developing long term client relationships and contributing to business development initiatives and the continued growth of the practice.

•The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years’ PQE in private client law, with experience of offshore, international, or cross border matters. You will have a strong track record of advising high net worth and ultra high net worth clients on complex private wealth and succession planning issues.

•STEP qualification is desirable, although candidates willing to work towards it will also be considered. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent drafting and organisational skills, effective client relationship management, and a proactive, commercially focused approach to business development and networking.
