We are seeking a confident and motivated Outbound Telesales Agents to join a growing business. This role involves proactively contacting new and existing small business customers to introduce services, build strong relationships, and help drive business growth and turnover.
You will play a key role in expanding customer engagement within the business by clearly communicating how the business can support client needs and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
*Make outbound calls to new and existing small business customers
*Introduce company products and services in a clear and engaging manner
*Build rapport and long-term relationships with customers
*Identify opportunities to increase sales and drive business turnover
*Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes
*Follow up on leads and previous contacts where appropriate
*Represent the business in a professional and positive manner at all times
*Work towards call and engagement targets as required
Skills & Experience Required
*Previous experience in telesales, outbound calling, or customer service (preferred but not essential)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident telephone manner with the ability to build rapport quickly
*Motivated, resilient, and target-driven attitude
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
*Willingness to learn about agricultural products/services
