Full job descriptionA well-established, private equity-backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of an FP&A Manager. The business has experienced sustained growth in recent years and offers a genuinely commercial environment where finance plays a central role in decision-making.
This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A credentials to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow modelling at group level, working closely with site and operational teams across the business.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles
*Building and maintaining robust cashflow forecasting models
*Producing insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
*Partnering with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to challenge and support performance
*Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metrics
*Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
What we’re looking for:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
*Proven FP&A experience gained within a multi-site business
*Strong technical modelling skills, particularly around cashflow forecasting
*Confident, hands-on user of Power BI
*A natural communicator who can translate numbers into commercial insight for non-finance stakeholders
*Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
