Guildford (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
£28,000-£30,000 per annum

We are looking for a motivated Customer Experience Specialist to join our friendly and professional team based in Guildford. You’ll play a vital role as the first point of contact for customer queries, ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and efficiency.


What You’ll Do:
*Be the central contact for our customers, owning their journey from first interaction to resolution
*Manage inbound/outbound calls and service emails
*Respond to information requests and support queries across regional sales branches
*Resolve queries or escalate them appropriately within the business
*Perform admin duties and manage customer interactions via our portal
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
*Provide valuable customer insights to the management team


What You’ll Bring:
*Proven experience in a phone-based customer service role
*A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*Team-oriented approach with the ability to manage your own workload
*Bonus: Basic understanding of financial services
