Salary - £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits
A fast growing financial services network is looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager to guide partner firms through onboarding and early stage integration.
You’ll be the key point of contact from the moment a firm joins; ensuring a smooth transition, resolving issues quickly, and building strong, trusted relationships that set them up for long-term success.
You’ll manage the partner pipeline, keep firms engaged and informed, handle relationship reviews, spot risks early, and coordinate with internal teams to keep everything moving. The role also supports growth activity, contributes insight to leadership, helps shape network communications and events, and uses technology and AI tools to enhance relationship management.
We are looking for someone with the below:
*A confident communicator – someone with gravitas
*Experience in relationship management or business development within UK financial services
*Confident engaging firm principals, advisers, and senior stakeholders
*Strong commercial awareness with the ability to assess fit and spot growth opportunities
*Highly organised, structured, and delivery focused
*Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools to enhance relationship activity
*Excellent at building rapport and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships
