Location: Chesham
This is a new role has been created to further develop the growing Sales Department. This role will work closely with the Sales Director to identify key clients that require additional Project Managing. There will be no sales within this role, but you would be involved in every part of the process after the sale has been agreed. You will take a lead in ensuring all aspects of the client brief has been identified and prioritised within the team. This is a busy and fast paced role that requires attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. Process driven individual who understands the needs of systematic working within a busy department. The ideal person will have a strong background in POS, Manufacturing, production and previous knowledge of materials such as acrylic/ MDF.
Responsibilities:
*Liaise with Pre Production and Production Managers to ensure actions are timely and meet the needs of the client
*Liaise with the wider Sales team ensuring client projects are being actioned timely
*Liaise with the Administration Manager to agree admin tasks that may overlap
*Liaise with the Logistics Manager to ensure identified client orders are meeting despatch deadlines
*Adhere with all company policies and performance goals of self
*Manage client portfolios as directed by Sales Director
*Provide updated reports to Sales Director
*Action priorities for individual clients
Knowledge and skills:
*Strong written English, numeracy and organisational skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Self-motivated and able to demonstrate good use of initiative.
*Excellent team player who can role model the positive behaviours required of all staff
