Key Responsibilities
*Support the Store Manager in the day to day running of a busy footwear retail store

*Drive sales performance and consistently achieve key KPIs

*Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and product knowledge

*Maintain excellent visual merchandising standards in line with current trends

*Support recruitment, training, and development of the store team

*Ensure stock control, replenishment, and store operations are executed efficiently

*Create an engaging and energetic shopping environment that reflects a trend-led brand
