Key Responsibilities
As a Chef, you’ll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen by:
*Managing your designated kitchen section efficiently during service
*Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
*Monitoring stock levels and helping to minimise waste
*Ordering and storing provisions correctly to maintain quality and budgets
*Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen team members
*Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
*Supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service

We’re keen to hear from candidates who are:
*Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen environments
*Experienced in a professional kitchen environment
*Confident running their own section
*Passionate about producing high-quality food
