Full job descriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Site Facilities Manager based in Bedford for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.


Summary of the Site Facilities Manager role
Salary: £36,000-£40,000
Location: Bedford
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37 hours per week
Responsibilities of theSite Facilities Manager
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the site ensuring cleanliness and safety
* Opening and closing duties
* Manage and supervise a team providing guidance, support and performance reviews
* Conduct regular inspections
* Manage and oversee a variety of maintenance contracts
* Vehicle management
* Manage operational systems
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
* Act as the main point of contact for any facility-related issues
Requirements for a successful Site Facilities Manager
* Previous experience in facilities management, site supervision, or a related field
* Be confident in use of IT and management systems
* Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Experience with new operating systems and facility management software
* Excellent leadership skills
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Strong understanding of COSHH and water hygiene
