Description
*Manage and grow relationships with department stores and independents to drive sales performance.
*Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
*Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
*Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to wholesale clients.
*Collaborate with internal teams to optimise product offerings and promotional strategies.
*Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
*Negotiate contracts and agreements with wholesale partners to secure favourable terms.
*Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and expand the client network.
*Dotted line management of an account executive.
Profile
A successful Wholesale Manager should have:
*Proven experience managing luxury department stores i.e. Harrods, Selfridges and a network of buyers.
*Experience working in premium fashion, preferably menswear.
*A strong understanding of wholesale operations and client relationship management.
*Excellent analytical skills to interpret market data and drive strategic decisions.
*Exceptional negotiation and communication abilities.
*Proficiency in sales forecasting and performance monitoring tools.
*A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving challenges.
*Ability to travel nationally for work.
Job Offer
*Annual salary of £65,000-£75,000
*Additional 10% performance-based bonus.
