Job Description:
Full job descriptionEncon Staffing are looking for a Plumber to work on a Prison in YO41.
Hours to fit the site 8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-4pm Friday.
The man purpose of the position is to ensure the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme is completed in line with specifications and Work Packages.
Responsibilities:
*Routine and non-routine maintenance
*Fault finding
*Identification of life expired equipment
*Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment
*Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment
*Mains water supply repairs
*Ensure all works are carried out to the highest safety standards and to agreed method statements
*Minimise wastage and continually improve processes
*Ensure statutory works are carried out to time and that work is compliant
The role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.
The position is temp to perm, you must have the appropriate trade qualifications.
