Full job descriptionSupply Teacher (KS1 & KS2) – Day-to-Day CoverNorthampton
We are working in partnership with a welcoming group of schools within the same trust in Northampton that are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Supply Teacher to provide day-to-day cover across Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 for staff absence, sickness, and training courses.
These schools are located close to one another and work collaboratively on planning, assessment, and community initiatives. This role offers the flexibility of supply teaching while providing the consistency and familiarity of working within the same trust, benefiting from shared schemes of work, policies, and routines.
We are looking for someone who:*Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Has a valid DBS certificate (or is willing to apply for one)
*Has a caring, positive, and approachable nature
*Demonstrates a strong understanding of the National Curriculum
*Works effectively as part of a team and alongside Teaching Assistants
*Creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Is passionate about supporting children’s education and development
*Can adapt confidently to different classes and year groups
