Description
*Preparing monthly management accounts.
*Reconciliation and consolidation of all balance sheets.
*Supporting the Finance Director with the budgeting and reforecasting cycles and providing analysis.
*Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
*Ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
*Support the annual audit process.
*Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls.
*Ad-hoc projects as required.
*Mentoring and managing 1 junior member of staff.
Profile
*CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
*Experience in management accounts and reporting.
*Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and providing analysis.
*Proactive, detail oriented and hands on
*Property sector experience is advantageous
