The RoleWorking closely with colleagues across the business, you’ll help ensure projects, processes and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
*Coordinating projects, meetings and team activities
*Maintaining accurate records, reports and documentation
*Preparing presentations, spreadsheets and business correspondence
*Liaising with stakeholders across multiple teams
*Monitoring deadlines and following up on actions
*Providing administrative support to the wider team
*Ensuring information is accurate and presented to a high standard
About You*Previous administration, coordination or business support experience
*Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
