Full job descriptionSenior Accountant / Client Manager | Reading | up to £55,000
We’re looking for a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA professional to manage a portfolio of clients, oversee monthly management accounts, and provide technical accounting support for a global organisation based in Reading.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage client accounting deliverables and monthly management accounts
*Supervise and support junior team members across global service centres
*Review tax compliance work including VAT, Corporation Tax, P11Ds and PSAs
*Oversee payment runs and year-end financial statements (UK GAAP & IFRS)
*Build strong client relationships and identify business development opportunities
*Support billing, debt management, and staff development
About You
*ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
*Experience preparing management accounts
*Multi-client experience or multiple deadlines desirable
*Strong technical accounting knowledge
*Excellent communication, organisational and client management skills
*Proactive, team-oriented and able to manage competing priorities
*Commercially minded with an interest in helping grow the business
