This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a rapidly growing principal contractor, where you will own the end-to-end tender process whilst working on some of the capital projects most complex projects.

This ambitious business specialises in complex refurbishment and retrofit projects across the commercial, residential, industrial, and cultural sectors throughout Central London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career.

You’ll take ownership of the entire estimating process, from incoming enquiries through to producing complete and accurate tenders. Working closely with the wider commercial and pre-construction teams, you’ll play a vital role in securing high-profile projects whilst maintaining close relationships with clients and supply chain partners.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Senior Estimator with experience working on complex interior projects as well as having experience on either Causeway or CostX. As well as being confident with building relationships both internally and externally.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious principal contractor with clear growth plans, where you’ll taking complete ownership of tendering and pricing process working on interesting complex projects in Central London.

The Role:
*Take ownership of the entire estimating process from enquiry through to final tender submission
*Produce accurate and competitive estimates for complex refurbishment and cut and carve projects
*Work closely with commercial and pre-construction teams throughout the bid process
*Time split between office, site and home
The Person:
*Senior Estimator
*Experience working on complex interior projects
*Confident and self-sufficient
*Able to commute into Central London for office and site visits
