The role
As a Senior Associate / Director in Commercial Property, you’ll oversee a broad range of transactional work while playing a key role within the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Leading on acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development transactions
*Advising clients on a range of commercial real estate matters
*Supporting development and funding-related property work
*Acting as a senior point of contact for clients
*Supervising and supporting junior colleagues
*Contributing to strategic growth and business development initiatives
About you
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who:
*Has extensive experience in commercial property at a senior level
*Is confident managing transactions and advising a varied client base
