Description
*Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
*Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.
*Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies.
*Manage general ledgers day to day.
*Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
*Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
*Provide support during audits by preparing necessary documentation.
*Assist with Payroll.
*Work collaboratively with other departments to address financial queries.
Profile
A successful Part-Time Assistant Management Accountant should have:
