Christy Media Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for a Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our team as we expand across the EMEA and US markets.
We’re a specialist broadcast and media recruitment agency - working with major broadcasters, sports media organisations, and technology companies since 2003. You’ll work alongside experienced recruiters, receive structured training, and develop into a fully rounded 360 Recruiter.
What you’ll be doing:
Sourcing and engaging top talent across LinkedIn, job boards & our database
Building relationships with candidates and clients in the media sector
Working toward weekly KPIs with coaching and mentorship every step of the way
Progressing toward full end-to-end recruitment responsibility
