Full job descriptionCNC Miller - join this long-established engineering business with a world-leading reputation, working on high-precision components. Key responsibilities*Programming, setting and operating CNC machines

*Machine alignments

*CNC milling (with CNC turning and CNC grinding experience also a bonus)

*Working with components and free-issue material of varying qualities

*Using hand tools and standard measuring equipment to tight tolerances

*Reading and understanding engineering drawings/processes

*Working independently with minimal supervision; strong team contribution

*Complying with relevant H&S requirements

*Maintaining ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards throughout the process

Skills & qualifications*Apprentice trained or time-served engineer (City & Guilds or BTEC level)

*Relevant experience in precision subcontract machining/engineering

*Proactive problem-solver; hard-working and extremely reliable

*Flexibility with working hours when required to meet customer deadlines
