Description
As the Studio Manager / PA you will do the following:
*Oversee day-to-day studio operations to ensure smooth functioning.
*Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling and diary management.
*Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared in advance.
*Manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional manner.
*Assist with document preparation and filing for property-related projects.
*Liaise with clients and external stakeholders as required.
*Monitor and maintain office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
*Support the team with ad hoc tasks to meet business needs.
Profile
A successful Studio Manager / PA should have:
*Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
*Previous experience in an administrative or support role, ideally within the property industry.
*Proficiency in using office software and tools, including email and calendar management systems.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Job Offer
You will be rewarded with an hourly rate of 22p/-25p/h and a progress into a permanent role if successful
