We’re working with a fantastic, well-established SME to find a proactive HR Advisor who’s looking for a varied, hands-on role in a genuinely supportive and collaborative business.

This is a true generalist HR position where you’ll partner closely with managers across the organisation, providing practical, down-to-earth HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
You’ll play a key role in guiding and coaching managers, ensuring best practice, and confidently managing a wide range of employee relations matters.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on day-to-day HR matters
*Managing employee relations cases end-to-end including: *Disciplinary
*Grievance
*Performance management
*Absence management
*Supporting and coaching managers to build confidence and capability
*Ensuring compliance with employment law and HR best practice
*Contributing to HR processes and helping improve ways of working
*Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
*Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a generalist HR role within an SME
*Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing cases independently
*Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
*A proactive, solutions-focused approach
*Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
*Organised, detail-oriented with strong process mindset
*Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
