Job Description:
Full job descriptionA fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a highly regarded law firm. This is a small but busy branch office, so we’re looking for someone confident, organised and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
The RoleYou will provide secretarial support to a solicitor handling a mixed caseload across:
*Residential Conveyancing
*Commercial Property
*Wills & Probate
*Court of Protection
Key duties include:
*Audio typing and digital dictation
*Answering incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
*Meeting and greeting clients at the reception
*Preparing documents and correspondence
*Managing diaries, files and general administrative tasks
About You*Experienced Audio Typist with strong digital dictation skills
*Previous Conveyancing experience is desirable
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Close attention to detail and accuracy
*Able to manage your time effectively and work well under pressure
*Professional, approachable and confident dealing with clients face-to-face
