We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our specialist Accountancy Practice team in Reading. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your desk, grow your income, and make a real impact placing top talent across the profession.


What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll focus on a candidate-led Accountancy Practice specialism, working across a diverse client base, from small independent firms to large national practices and the Big Four.
This is a candidate-focused role, where you’ll:
*Source and engage accounting professionals from entry-level through to Partner level

*Proactively headhunt and build strong talent pipelines

*Match high-quality candidates to opportunities across the market

*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with pace and precision
