Description
*Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
*Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Maintain and reconcile company accounts, ensuring accuracy at all times.
*Support budgeting and forecasting activities within the Accounting & Finance department.
*Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable processes.
*Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
*Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
*A strong foundation in accounting principles and financial practices.
*Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
*Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
*Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in financial tasks.
*The ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
