A leading Legal 100 law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its highly regarded Private Wealth team in Exeter.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior lawyer looking to handle high-quality work, work closely with high-net-worth clients and progress towards Partnership within a successful and growing practice.

The Role
You will manage a varied and complex private client caseload, including:
*Wills and estate planning
*Probate and estate administration
*Trust creation and administration
*Succession planning
*Inheritance Tax planning
*Wealth preservation and tax structuring
Clients include high-net-worth individuals, business owners, trustees, executors and landed and agricultural estates across Devon and the South West.
About You
*Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
*4+ years PQE in Private Client law
*Strong experience in wills, trusts, probate and tax planning
*Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
*Ambitious and motivated to progress towards Partnership
