A leading global manufacturing business is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join its UK finance function on a maternity cover basis. This is a commercially focused role, providing insight and challenge to senior stakeholders, driving performance and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple divisions.

Your Duties/Responsibilities
*Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
*Deliver insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
*Analyse business performance across sales, margin and profitability
*Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial and operational teams
*Provide clear recommendations based on financial data
*Support monthly reporting and performance reviews
*Identify risks and opportunities to improve business performance
*Contribute to process improvements and financial best practice

You Will Be/Have:
*Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
*Strong background in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering
*Experience of budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
*Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence decisions
*Confident working with senior stakeholders
*Able to translate financial data into meaningful insight
*Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or multi-site environments is beneficial

*Salary: £55,000 – £65,000
