Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe are currently looking for a senior finance EA to join a company specialising in Finance technology in the City. This role requires an EA who has international diary management experience as well as being familiar with slack, google workspace and zoom. This is a temp to perm role with hybrid working options. The hours of this role are 9-5.30 and this position will pay up to £33 hour. This company offers a positive working environment with team social activities.
The role
*Senior EA partnering with the CRO and GTM leadership team, including regional sales VPs
*Reporting into the CEO office, working closely with our Chief of Staff and the CEO’s EA
*Must be able to hit the ground running, we need someone who can make an immediate impact
*Comfortable with Slack, Google Workspace, and Zoom
*Experience managing across global time zones (Singapore, New York, and London)
*Ad hoc Admin

*Senior Experience in a corporate environment
*International diary management experience
*Positive and collaborative attitude
