Shift Pattern
This role operates on a rotating 3 on / 3 off shift pattern:
*3 x Day Shifts – 7:00am to 7:00pm
*3 Days Off
*3 x Night Shifts – 7:00pm to 7:00am
*3 Days Off
This cycle then repeats.
About the Role
We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers with Double Handler experience to join a busy FMCG drinks production site in Pontefract.
This is primarily a forklift-based role, supporting warehouse and production operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
*Operating Double Handler FLTs safely and efficiently
*Loading and unloading vehicles
*Transporting stock throughout warehouse and production areas
*Supplying production lines with materials
*Stacking and storing finished goods
*Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
*Completing daily FLT safety checks
*Following all site health & safety procedures
Requirements
*Valid, in-date FLT Counterbalance licence
*Double Handler experience is desired but not neccessary
*RTITB or ITSSAR accredited licence preferred
*Previous warehouse or FMCG experience preferred
*Good understanding of health & safety procedures
*Reliable, flexible, and able to commit to rotating day and night shifts
