Working closely with the Finance Systems Accountants, the role is also responsible for producing the half-year and year-end consolidated financial statements

Description
*Providing guidance to operational finance teams across the globe on group reporting requirements
*Ownership of the monthly, half-year, and year-end reporting packs
*Production of monthly consolidated management accounts and key performance indicators
*Collaborating with Strategic Business Unit Finance Directors on the ongoing development of consolidation and reporting processes
*Developing relationships with operations, senior management, and the wider finance function
*Production of half-year and year-end consolidated financial statements
*Supporting the Group Financial Controller with the half-year and year-end listed group reporting
*Supporting the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis with the production of the consolidated annual budget and the consolidated quarterly forecasts
*Supporting the Group Financial Controller with the preparation of technical accounting papers to support positions taken by the group
*Supporting the Group Financial Controller with the development and maintenance of appropriate group-wide accounting policies and guidance
*Leading and/or supporting the Group Financial Controller on projects as may occur from time to time
Profile
*A professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent.
*Proven expertise in financial reporting
*Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements.
*Experience in managing and developing finance teams.
Job Offer
*Competitive salary ranging from £90,000 to £110,000 per annum.
