Your RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead one our children’s homes as part of a growing, ambitious, and genuinely child-centred residential service.
You will create a warm, nurturing and stable home where children and young people feel safe, cared for, listened to and able to thrive. Alongside overseeing the day-to-day running of the home, you will lead and develop a reflective, supportive team where relationships, safeguarding and positive outcomes remain at the heart of practice.
This role is ideal for:
*An experienced Registered Manager, or
*A Deputy Manager / Senior Residential Worker ready to take the next step
We also welcome applications from candidates currently working in the private sector who are looking to move into a stable, values-led local authority setting focused on children rather than profit.
