The Role:
*Run a caseload of complex and high-value residential property matters across the South West & London
*Act for clients with rural landed estates, country homes and significant property portfolios across the UK & Beyond
* Advise on sales, purchases, financing and transfers of high-value rural and agricultural property
*Clients include: HNW and UHNW clients, family offices, trustees and financial institutions

What you’ll need:
*To be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in residential or commercial property
*Excellent client-facing skills with the gravitas to work with wealthy individuals and institutional clients
