Astro Education is currently working with one secondary school in Uttoxeter that is seeking a qualified Computer Science Teacher for a 0.8 FTE position, starting either immediately or in September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a single school environment with the potential for a long-term or permanent appointment.

The Role
As a Computer Science Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging Computer Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
*Plan and deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching
*Support students in developing programming and digital skills
*Manage classroom behaviour effectively
*Contribute to the wider school department where required
Requirements
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Strong subject knowledge in Computer Science
*Confident classroom management skills
*Adaptable, professional and reliable approach
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
