Full job descriptionCherry Professional are recruiting a Group Management Accountant for a growing organisation in Nottingham.
This is a high-impact role offering the chance to lead a team, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive financial performance across the business.
The Role Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will:
*Lead and develop the Management Accounts team
*Deliver accurate and timely monthly management accounts
*Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets, WIP and stock
*Support year-end and audit processes
*Provide commercial insight to support decision-making
*Drive process improvements and systems enhancements
About You Essential:
*CIMA / ACCA Qualified
*Strong management accounting experience
*Team leadership or supervisory background
*Confident communicator with stakeholders
Ideal:
*Experience in asset-heavy or engineering sectors
*Exposure to Dynamics / Business Central
*Strong Excel skills
